Do you speak English or Spanish?All of our guides speak both English and Spanish and communicate well. We also speak small amounts of French, German and Italian. If you have special language requirements please let us know in advance and we can arrange to have a translator aboard just for you.

What do we need to bring on our excursion?All of our excursions include local snacks or a local style meal and all necessary equipment required for your day. We do suggest bringing reef safe sunscreen, hat and any special dietary needs you may have. Please advise us if you have allergies to things such as shellfish, tree nuts or peanuts as our foods may contain these. We provide non alchoholic drinks such as fruit juices, water and soft drinks. Should you wish to have adult beverages feel free to bring them. We will provide lots of cold ice.

How do we pay for our excursions?Paying for your excursion is easy. Pay in cash at time of excursion or pay via paypal and other electronic methods. Please contact us by email, phone or chat to arrange online payments. At this time, we do not accept payments via this website.

What are your cancellation and refund policies?Many of our tours and excursions are weather permitting. Boat excursions such as fishing and Cayos Cochinos are highly weather dependent and will proceed as the captain sees fit. In the case that the captain cancels based on safety, full refund is given and a rebboking will be offered. Cancellation more than 72 hours in advance will issue a ful refund of your deposit or payment. Less than 72 hours will result in 50% refund of the deposit portion (20 percent).

Is transportation included?Front door service is provided for all excursions for those staying west of Coxen Hole and includes Sandy Bay, West Bay and West end. For those staying east of Coxen Hole, transportation can be arranged at a small surcharge (10$ per person). Please contact us to make arrangements prior to your excursion date.
